Sausage Pinwheels

2 cups Bisquick

1lb sausage

1/2 cup water 


Mix  1/2 cup water with Bisquick to form dough. Divide dough in half; place each half between sheets of waxed paper. Flatten dough with hands to form rectangles. Spread half the sausage over each rectangle. Roll as for jellyroll. Refrigerate until chilled. Slice into 1/4 inch thick pinwheels. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 425 F. for 15 to 20 minutes.
