Spaghetti Sauce

1 1/4 lbs ground beef

1 1/4 lbs ground round

2 c. chopped onions

1 c. bell pepper

1/2 c. chopped celery

2 lg cans tomatoes

2 cans Italian tomato paste1/2 can water (to can of paste)

1 can mushrooms

1 clove garlic

4 bay leaves

1/4 tsp. oregano

1 tsp. salt

1 tablespoon pepper

1/4 tsp cumin

1 tablespoon sugar

1/8 tsp. thyme

1 heaping tablespoon parsley flakes


Brown hamburger and beef and drain. Saute' pepper, onion and celery in olive oil. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 1 1/2 hours.
