Spectacular Spinach

2 packages chopped frozen spinach
1 cup sour cream
1 envelope onion soup mix
1 (2.8 oz.) can French fried onions




Cook spinach in unsalted water; drain. Blend sour cream and soup mix. Stir in cooked spinach. Spoon into flat baking dish. Bake in 350 degrees F oven 25 minutes. Top with French fried onions and bake until onions are hot and crisp.
