Strawberry Bread

2 10 oz. pkgs. frozen strawberries

4 eggs

3 cups all purpose flour

2 cups sugar

1 tsp. baking soda

1 cup chopped nuts

1 1/4 cups salad oil

3 tsp. cinnamon

1 tsp. salt

In medium bowl, stir thawed strawberries, eggs and oil. In large bowl, combine flour, sugar, cinnamon, baking soda, salt and nuts. Add strawberry mixture to dry ingredients and stir until blended. Pour into 2 (9” x 5”) greased (Pam) or 5 smaller pans. Bake one hour or until toothpick comes out clean.
