Summertime Ice Cream Special

1 quart vanilla ice creamsummerspecial

1- 6oz can frozen orange juice

1- 28oz bottle chilled ginger ale

1 quart cold milk

1/2 teaspoon almond extract

3- 6oz cans cold water

1/2 teaspoon salt


Put ice cream into punch bowl; whip in the milk. Add salt and extract, iced water and ginger ale. Then add juice and stir. Just before serving float 1 pint ice cream or sherbert on punch.

Makes 32 - 4oz or 16 - 8oz servings
