Serve over white rice. garnish with green onion tops, if desired.

1 lb. sirloin steak
4 medium carrots
3 medium zucchini
1/3 cup vegetable oil
2 tablespoons brown sugar
3 cups white rice
1/2 cup Oriental stir fry mix
