Texas Caviar (Black-eyed Pea Salad)

 

1 - 15oz can each of black, pinto, & black-eyed peas drained

4 cloves garlic, chopped

1 medium tomato, chopped

1 green pepper, chopped

1 jalapeno pepper, chopped

1 meduim onion, chopped

2 teaspoons cumin powder

1/2 cup salsa, medium or hot (your choice




Mix all together in a large bowl, let sit in refrigerator for flavors to blend and serve with Frito Scoops. Enjoy
