Three Bean Casserole

6 bacon strips, diced
3 garlic cloves, chopped
4 medium onions, chopped
¾ cup brown sugar
¼ cup vinegar
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 (16 oz.) can kidney or pinto beans, drained
1 (16 oz.) can baby limas, lightly drained
1 (16 oz.) can pork and beans


Sauté bacon; add garlic and onions. Cook 2 minutes. Add sugar, vinegar and mustard. Simmer until onions are tender. Combine with beans in 2 quart casserole. Bake 45-60 minutes at 375 degrees F. 8-10 servings.
