Turkey Soup

Bones of Turkey
Scraps of Meat
Cold water to cover
Stuffing
Leftover gravy
1-teaspoon salt
1/8-teaspoon pepper
1 onion, diced
1/4 cup celery, diced
1/4 cup carrots, diced


Take any leftover poultry, break the carcass in pieces, and add stuffing and gravy. Put in pot with remnants of meat; cover with cold water, bring to a boil. Add onions and celery and let simmer for approx. 3 hours. For a stronger soup add 1 or 2 bouillon cubes.
