Veal Parmigiana

1 envelope spaghetti sauce mix
1 pound very thin veal cutlets
¼ cup dry breadcrumbs
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 egg beaten with 1 tablespoon water
¼ cup olive oil
½ pound mozzarella cheese


Prepare spaghetti sauce as directed on package. Cut veal into serving pieces. Combine crumbs and grated cheese. Dip cutlets into egg and then crumb mixture. Sauté in olive oil, browning both sides. Place in shallow baking dish and cover with spaghetti sauce. Lay Mozzarella slices over meat. Bake in 350 ? F oven 30 minutes or until very hot. 4 servings.
