Combine all ingredients, except mushrooms and beans. Cook until vegetables are crispy tender. Add mushrooms and beans and liquid from both. Heat thoroughly.
Vegetable Soup

12 oz. tomato juice
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms (w/liquid)
2 cups water
1 cup French style green beans (w/liquid)
3 cups shredded cabbage
Dash of garlic
1/4 cups diced celery
Salt & pepper to taste
1/2 cup dehydrated onion flakes
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon dehydrated sweet pepper flakes
