Velveeta Cheese Fudge

8 oz. Velveeta cheese (1/2 lb.)
2 sticks margarine (1/2 lb.)


For Chocolate Fudge, add:
1 cup unsweetened cocoa
2 lbs. confectioners' sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup nuts, chopped (if desired)

For Peanut Butter Fudge:

1-cup peanut butter (can be chunky)
1 lb. brown sugar
1 lb. confectioners' sugar
1 tsp. vanilla


Melt together in the top of a double boiler. Then add any of the following flavors. Melt the peanut butter with the cheese and margarine. Add the sugars and vanilla. For either flavor, continue stirring until the sugar is all dissolved. Pour into 9" x 13" pan. Let cool and cut into squares.
