Waldorf Salad

2 to 3 red apples

1 c. raisins

1 stalk of celery, diced

1/4 c. grated coconut

3 T. vanilla yogurt 


Wash, then chop the apples into bite-sized chunks, leaving the skins on for color. Place a serving bowl with the raisins, diced celery, and grated coconut. Fold in 3 T. vanilla yogurt until all is thoroughly combined. Serve at once or chill.
