1 tsp. grated orange peel
1/8 tsp. orange flavoring

Press into bottom of 9” spring form pan
Beat until fluffy: 24 oz. cream cheese, softened
Slowly add: 14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
14 oz. dark chocolate, melted
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour 15 minutes
Stir together: 1 ½ cups confectioners’ sugar
1 tsp. grated orange peel
¼ teaspoon orange flavoring
1 tbsp. plus 2 tsp. orange juice
Spread on cheesecake while still warm. Melt 2 oz. dark chocolate in plastic bag in microwave. Snip corner of bag to drizzle chocolate decoration. Allow cake to cool before serving.
