November 2009
20th-23rd. Dry and cold. 24th-27th. Wet for Thanksgiving. 28th-30th. Storm hugs the Atlantic Coast, bringing increasing winds and copious precipitation.

December 2009
1st-3rd. Rain and wet snow showers, followed by clear and cold weather conditions. 4th-7th. Storm along the Atlantic seaboard brings precipitation. Very cold air follows. 8th-11th. Dry and tranquil. 12th-15th. Widespread clouds and showers. 16th-19th. Considerable clouds. Some sun, especially south, but little precipitation. Chilly nights and unseasonably mild days. 20th-23rd. Showers and (over higher terrain) wet snow. 24th-27th. Showers of rain (south) and wet snow (north). 28th-31st. Blustery and colder, with frequent snow showers and flurries.

January 2010
1st-3rd. Stormy, snow in mountains. Wet along coastal plain. Umbrellas needed for Mummers Parade. 4th-7th. Fair, then unsettled. Snow central, northern New England. 8th-11th. Pleasant. 12th-15th. Stormy, then fair. Snowy, windy New England. Windswept rains Mid-Atlantic States. 16th-19th. Wet, unseasonably mild.
