A tropical disturbance could take a swipe at Cape Cod and the islands. 16th-19th Fair skies. 20th-23rd Showers through Connecticut, Massachusetts into Maine, then fair and pleasant. Thunderstorms for Mid-Atlantic States, followed by clearing. 24th-27th Turning stormy. 28th-31st Fair skies.
