When a record 21-inch snowfall put a freeze on Marianne and Joseph Trovato's wedding day plans in February, 1983, the Bensalem, Pennsylvania, couple had no idea that their nightmare would one day make them the winners of the Farmers' Almanac "Worst Wedding Weather Contest".

"This is truly a dream come true. What a wonderful way to celebrate our 25th Anniversary," Marianne Trovato said.
