Snap Beans Au Gratin

Ingredients
  

  • 2 1⁄2 cups cut snap beans, cooked
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 tablespoons flour
  • 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
  • 1⁄2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup liquid from beans
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, gratedPaprika

Instructions
 

  • Directions:
    Place beans in a greased 2-quart casserole. Melt butter; add flour, salt and pepper. Add milk slowly, stirring until thickened. Add bean liquid and grated cheese. Pour over beans, sprinkle with paprika.
