Texas Coleslaw

Ingredients
  

  • 1 head of cabbage, chopped coarsely
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 2 ears fresh corn kernels
  • 1 11 oz  can corn, drained
  • 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1/4 cup salad oil/vegetable oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions
 

  • Directions:
    Place cabbage, corn and cilantro in a large bowl. Combine lime juice, oil, cumin and salt in a jar and shake. Pour over salad ingredients, toss and chill, covered, for at least 2 hours before serving.
