Konnyaku Sashimi

Ingredients
  

  • 1 konnyaku cake, sliced
  • 4 asparagus, sliced lengthwise Nori seaweed

Dressing:

  • 1 tbs vinegar
  • 1/2 tbs soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp cane sugar
  • 1/2 tsp miso
  • 1/2 tbs sesame oil
  • 1 tbs ginger, finely chopped
  • 1 tbs spring onion, finely chopped

Instructions
 

  • Directions:
    Combine all dressing ingredients into a small bowl and mix well. Rinse konnyaku with lemon juice. Place sliced asparagus on a plate with konnyaku slices and seaweed on top. Roll the seaweed and asparagus with konnyaku and dip it in the sauce.
