Peanut Butter Whoopie Pie Filling
Ingredients
- 2/3 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 stick unsalted butter, softened
- 3/4 cup confectioners’ sugar
Instructions
- Using an electric mixer, cream together peanut butter and butter at high speed.
- On low speed, mix in sugar until combined, then beat mixture on high speed until light and fluffy.
