Best Ever Clam Dip

Ingredients
  

Even guests who say they don’t like clam dip try this and are hooked. Serve with pretzel logs and kettle-cooked chips.

  • 2 8 oz. packages full-fat cream cheese, softened
  • 1 6.5 oz. can Snow’s® minced clams, liquid reserved
  • 1 6.5 oz can Snow’s® chopped clams, drained
  • 1 teaspoon Adolph’s® Meat Tenderizer Seasoned With Spices
  • 1 small clove garlic, pressed through a garlic press
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

Instructions
 

  • In a large mixing bowl, using an electric beater (or use a stand mixer fitted with a paddle), combine cream cheese, the minced clams with broth, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, and spices, until thoroughly combined.
  • When thoroughly mixed, stir in the can of drained chopped clams until fully incoporated.
  • Cover and chill at least 3 hours before serving. Serve with kettle chips and pretzel rods.
