Cactus Pear Sorbet
Ingredients
- 4 cups cactus pear juice
- 2 cups water
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
Instructions
- First, make a simple syrup by combining the sugar and water in a small saucepan.
- Bring the mixture to a boil, stirring constantly until the sugar melts.
- Set it aside to cool.
- Once the simple syrup has cooled, combine it with the cactus pear juice and lemon juice.
