  • 2/3 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 stick unsalted butter, softened
  • 3/4 cup confectioners’ sugar

Instructions
 

  • Using an electric mixer, cream together peanut butter and butter at high speed.
  • On low speed, mix in sugar until combined, then beat mixture on high speed until light and fluffy.
