Bacon-Wrapped Cheese Bombs

Ingredients

large
flaky style refrigerator biscuits
1 16

block of Mozzarella cheese, cut into 1″ cubes
16
slices
bacon (1 per bomb)
toothpicks
vegetable oil for frying
Instructions
Pull each biscuit in half so you have two round discs (for a total of 16).
Place a cheese cube in the center of each half.
Fold dough around cheese cube and pinch well to seal. Shape into ball.
Wrap one slice of bacon around each ball, trying to cover all the dough with bacon. Secure with toothpick.
Fry each ball until bacon is brown and crisp, turning frequently. Drain on paper towels.
Serve warm, with your choice of dipping sauce (Honey Mustard, Ranch, hot sauce -- the sky's the limit) or plain.
