Jack Frost Cocktail

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/2 cup Blue Curacao liquor
  • 1/2 cup light rum
  • 1/2 cup cream of coconut
  • 3 cups crushed ice
  • 1/3 cup sweetened coconut flakes for rimming
  • light corn syrup for rimming

Instructions
 

  • Pour a small amount of corn syrup on a plate.
  • Sprinkle coconut flakes on another plate.
  • Dip your glass in the corn syrup before dipping in the coconut flakes. Set aside.
  • Blend ice, pineapple juice, Blue Curacao, rum, and cream of coconut until smooth.
  • Pour into glasses and serve right away.
