4 Ways To Beat The Autumn Blues

Autumn is a transition season, and with the days growing shorter, the leaves falling off the trees, and the long winter approaching, it’s common for people to get the seasonal blues. Now is a great time to focus on your well-being. These simple strategies can help keep you feeling fall fantastic!

  1. Soak Up The Sun: Autumn is a great time to build up Vitamin D reserves, as the Sun is no longer at its strongest. Barring any skin issues, 20 minutes twice a day should do the trick.

If you notice a hole in the upper left-hand corner of your Farmers' Almanac, don't return it to the store! That hole isn't a defect; it's a part of history. Starting with the first edition of the Farmers' Almanac in 1818, readers used to nail holes into the corners to hang it up in their homes, barns, and outhouses (to provide both reading material and toilet paper).
