1 lb. hamburger
3 cups cooked penne pasta or rigatoni
1 jar of your favorite spaghetti sauce (about 28 oz.)
1 8-oz. package shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
2 1/2 cups water
Brown hamburger in large skillet; drain. Add water and bring to boil. Reduce heat to medium low. Stir in pasta and cover. Simmer 15 minutes or until pasta is tender. Add spaghetti sauce and 1 cup mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle with remaining cheeses and cover. Cook about 3 or 4 minutes more until cheese melts. Quick and easy!
