Four 8-inch flour tortillas
1 container garlic-and onion-flavored cream cheese
4 large iceberg lettuce leaves, flattened
2 tomatoes, thinly sliced
6 ounces of provolone or Swiss cheese, sliced
10 ounces smoked chicken (or turkey), thinly sliced
Chopped red pepper relish, optional
Spread each tortilla with a thin layer of cream cheese. In center of each tortilla, place one lettuce leaf, and top with tomato slices, a slice of cheese and one slice of smoked chicken. Scatter red pepper relish over top. Roll up tortillas, burrito-style. Cut in half diagonally. Makes 4 roll-ups.
