2 lbs pork shoulder chops, about 3/4″ thick
1 bottle Sweet Baby Rays BBQ sauce
1 medium Vidalia onion, sliced
Add all ingredients to a crockpot and cook on low heat, about 5 hours, until meat is tender and flaky. Remove meat from pot, flake into bite-sized bits, and return to sauce. Serve with a fresh baguette. Can be made one day ahead.
