8 whole wheat English muffins, toasted
1/2 cup low-sodium pizza sauce
16 slices fat free mozzarella cheese (any cheese will do)
Any topping you desire!
Cut the English muffins in half. Spread sauce over the muffins. Place toppings and cheese over sauce. Broil in the oven for 1-2 minutes in the oven until cheese is melted and bubbly.
