We’re a month into the New Year, so it’s time to check-in and see how those resolutions are going. Did you resolve to do something different this year? If so how are you doing? Are you sticking to your resolutions? If so, what has helped you succeed, if not, how come?
Experts say it takes about 30 days to make a new habit stick. Statistics show that only about 15% of New Year’s Resolutions are kept. Think that’s true or can we prove them wrong?
Are they working for you? Personally, I didn’t formally make too many resolutions this year, however, I did join a gym and have been going almost daily for 9 days now (21 more until it’s a habit).
