Snap Beans Au Gratin
- 2 1⁄2 cups cut snap beans, cooked
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 tablespoons flour
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup liquid from beans
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, gratedPaprika
- Directions:Place beans in a greased 2-quart casserole. Melt butter; add flour, salt and pepper. Add milk slowly, stirring until thickened. Add bean liquid and grated cheese. Pour over beans, sprinkle with paprika.
