Halloween is almost here, but will the weather be scary or spooktacular?
This year, Mother Nature has both tricks and treats in store, with fair weather for much of the U.S. and Canada, and stormy conditions from the Rockies westward.

Increasing clouds; very unsettled conditions spread in from New Mexico.
Starting off pleasant, then stormy, colder for Washington, Oregon east.
Storms sweep out, replaced by clearing.
Unsettled by the 31st.
