Icing for Building Gingerbread

Ingredients
  

  • 3 egg whites
  • 4 c confectioners’ sugar
  • 1/2 tsp cream of tartar

Instructions
 

  • With an electric mixer, beat the egg whites with 1 cup of the sugar and the cream of tartar until smooth. Add the remaining sugar, 1 cup at time.
  • Mix until creamy and smooth.
