Instructions
Sift flour, salt, baking powder, and sugar and add cornmeal.
Combine eggs with milk and shortening and moisten dry ingredients.
Turn into a shallow, well-greased pan or
cast-iron skillet
and bake in hot 400 degree oven for 30 minutes.
