No house—haunted or not—should be without this heart-healthy, ghostly gruel. This may be a cold shot of raw soup, but the cayenne warms as it goes down. Each shot delivers healthy doses of Vitamin C, dietary fiber, saturated fat, protein, and iron. We served ours as an appetizer in vintage cordial glasses. Yield: ½ cup (one or two shots)
3 ounces almond or rice milk
¼ cupfrozen cauliflower pieces, uncooked
½ tablespooncoconut oil or grass-fed butter
½tablespoonold fashioned rolled oats, uncooked
¼teaspoon sea salt
Pinch of onion powder
Dash of garlic powder and cayenne

Directions: Add all the ingredients to a mini blender and mix until almost smooth. The cauliflower adds an interesting texture to this healthy raw chilled shot of soup.
