Instructions
Dry the potatoes and prick a few times with a fork.
Coat each one lightly with olive oil and sprinkle with the coarse salt.
Wrap in the foil and arrange in the Crock Pot.
Cover and cook on high for 4 hours or on low for 8 hours.
