Easy Baked Potatoes

  • baking potatoes, scrubbed Kosher salt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 sheets aluminum foil


  • Dry the potatoes and prick a few times with a fork.
  • Coat each one lightly with olive oil and sprinkle with the coarse salt.
  • Wrap in the foil and arrange in the Crock Pot.
  • Cover and cook on high for 4 hours or on low for 8 hours.
