Old-Fashioned Lemonade Recipe

Ingredients:
1 cup lemon juice (4-6 lemons)
1 cup sugar
5 cups water

Directions:
Make simple syrup by dissolving the sugar into 1 cup of water in a small saucepan over medium heat. Combine the lemon juice and the simple syrup in a two-quart pitcher. Add 4 cups of cold water. Refrigerate. Serve in a tall glass filled with ice and lemon slices. Enjoy!

Thank you. Will try today. Have been looking for the old time recipe. I’ve tried several and hadn’t hit it yet. This is simple and looks right. Love a good sip of lemonade on a hot day. Should be around 84 today in TN. Work in garden, sip some lemonade. sounds devine.
