Texas Caviar (Black-eyed Pea Salad)
Texas Caviar
Ingredients
- 1 – 15 oz can each of black, pinto, & black-eyed peas drained
- 4 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 medium tomato, chopped
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 jalapeno pepper, chopped
- 1 meduim onion, chopped
- 2 teaspoons cumin powder
- 1/2 cup salsa, medium or hot
Instructions
- Mix all together in a large bowl, let sit in refrigerator for flavors to blend and serve with Frito Scoops. Enjoy
