For easy tomato peeling, place whole tomatoes in the freezer for a few hours. After they thaw, you can easily remove the skin.
Don’t baste your turkey. It will cook faster, and stay juicier, if you leave the oven door shut.
Freeze stale and leftover rolls and bread slices (including ends!) and use to make holiday stuffing, croutons, and breadcrumbs.
For sweeter sweet potatoes, choose ones with darker skins.
